For over a decade, our team at Richart Properties has been renovating and managing properties in the central Wisconsin area. Last year, we made a move to Manitowoc, WI in an effort to serve the upper coastline of Lake Michigan.

 

Our lead architect, John Richart, boasts over 30 years of custom home design experience, so you have peace of mind that your home or project will be exceptional, and unlike any other.

His counterpart, Noah Richart, has experience in accounting and financial analysis. With this background, he helps to make renovation and home building decisions logical and less stressful. He is also a realtor and has an exceptional understanding of the Manitowoc and surrounding areas.
